How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items or handcrafted decor, please allow up to 14 business days for specialized delivery.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
At Kimbie Home, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Many of our textiles and wooden pieces are sourced from certified sustainable suppliers and local artisans.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged during transit, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage to initiate a replacement.
